HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE? -
That's always the big question. -
Fortunately, My Customers and even non customers tell me my equipment is by far the best built, highest quality, best looking and most innovative in the world. Nothing even comes close... While I'm bias I have to agree. I work tirelessly to constantly improve the looks and quality of all my products.
As a result I sometimes have a long "Build List" ... I'm usually booked solid from 3 weeks to 3 months. With big orders during my busy season it can take up to 6 months... So PLEASE BOOK AHEAD.
It costs you nothing to get on my build
list and you are NOT obligated to buy
anything if you change your mind.
Tables are usually built and shipped in 1 to 2 weeks.
Auto stirrers ship within 1 to 2 weeks when I'm lucky enough to get a motor from my suppliers... There has been a HUGE problem getting electric parts world wide. Not just for Auto stirrers but Cars and anything electronic.
It costs you nothing to get on my build list, so get on it asap.
When I have equipment in stock it generally ships within 2 days... However as a mostly one man show I seldom have inventory, occasionally I have a order cancel and the next lucky person on the build list gets it. Most times it takes me 3 to 6 weeks to fill and order.
I believe I have reached my goal of creating the best Kettle-corn equipment in the World. My next goal is to be the fastest to ship to you in the world...That day will come as my production gets faster and I get Employees that will actually show up to work. :-) ... Some day soon (I hope) to build and ship equipment as fast as I get orders, but that day is not here...Yet... Fortunately I have very patient and supportive customers.
- SHIPPING POLICY --- Please read this --
- I send the standard ( 2 bins) and Large Cooling (3 Bins) and sifting tables by Fed Ex. Cost of shipping tables is currently about $70 for the the West coast (California) and $130 for east coast (Florida) You will pay for shipping after the table is boxed up and the cost is known.
- All Kettle corn machines or tables to big fit on a Fed Ex or UPS truck I Ship by Long haul Truck. I always ship to the terminal closest to were you are located. You will need to pick it up yourself. If you want it shipped to your house or business please tell me. Shipping to your location can cost twice as much depending upon the carrier, It will save you lots of money in shipping to the terminal and pick it up yourself... Also it is about a day or more faster delivery if you go get it yourself... Shipping cost changes daily. Usually the price ranges from $150 - $250 for California and $300 to $650 Florida... I have had rates as low as $250 for Florida and New York. Shipping will be paid after the equipment is boxed up and ready to ship.
About the Designer/ Builder
My official company name is : Cycles LaMoure and Fabrication.
I started out as a metal sculpture artist / welder who would also work in bicycles shops and race bicycles on the weekends. I eventually owned my own Bike shop and ran it with my wife and kids help for 20+ years. With my bicycle shop and racing experience combined with my artistic nature it was a natural move to build bicycle frames. When the economy crashed in 2008 I found myself without as many high end bike sales and took a job as a tig welder building $35 million dollar yachts . While building ships I stumbled on to the Kettle corn industry. I started to design and build kettle corn poppers for 2 other kettle corn machine company's. When They got so many orders that I could not handle all the work they built their own shops and hired local welders. We then parted ways. So I continued designing and building what I hope you will agree are the best kettle corn machines on the Planet. While I still build Bicycle frames and have other clients that I do piece work for, most of my time is spent building Kettle corn equipment. I am a one man show, for now. Last year was a amazing year. When I couldn't keep up with the orders I'd bring in part time help and still work 60 to 90 hrs a week. If this year is anything like last year I expect to be needing to add one full time worker to keep up with orders. I've had good feed back from the current designs and am sure you'll love and enjoy your equipment as much as I enjoyed creating them....

Buying from me and How do You pay.
There are 2 ways to get on my build list.
#1- Just say "put me on the build list".. This costs you nothing.. Generally speaking if there are more than 10 orders ahead of you this is were you will start. If there are less than 10 orders you’ll want to hold you spot and get on my top 10 list (Below),
#2 - To get on my top 10 of the build list you need to put a - NON REFUNDABLE - 10% deposit down to hold your place in my top 10 list. Here’s and example. If your total cost of equip comes to $5500 your deposit is $550.00. This holds your spot in my top ten list. Again this is NON REFUNDABLE ,,, No exceptions… Why? - Because the second the money hits my account I start buying materials. Also in my busy part of the year I have to turn down many potential orders do to my work load,
Since I am a one man show -So how long does it take?
As a general rule One order takes 1 to 3 weeks, depending upon the size of the order. In other words, - If you are 10th on my top 10 build list it will very likely take 8 to 30 weeks to finish your popper.
I try to keep in stock -The 80qt Original popper, an Auto stirrer (when I can get a Motor). When I am on top of things it takes about 3 days to a 1 week to box and ship out in stock orders. I sometimes have tables pre built but usually I build them as the orders come in.
If you buy a Auto Stirrers, a Tables or The 80qt. Original popper, full payment is required upon ordering. For these items I generally ship out in a week, if I have them in stock. If I don't have these items in stock a 50% to full payment is required.
Top 10 list and the 10% Deposit:
For those with a deposit if an order is canceled or is put on hold the next person with a similar order is given his or her spot, whether they put a deposit down or not. You don't need any deposit … but I tend to start getting swamped with orders by mid to late January. I can easily have 15 orders by February 1st. So to hold your spot, the 10% deposit is strongly suggested.
Top 3 list and a 50% deposit:
Once you make it to the top 3 of my build list I require that - a 50% -- NON REFUNDABLE- payment to be paid.. If for any reason the order is canceled or you need to put a hold on the order, both the 10% and 50% payment will or can be applied to an order made later.
For example: your order if your order is $5500 and you've paid 10% or $550 and you cancel or put the order on hold. I keep the $550 until you are ready to have your order built. If you have a 50% deposit or payment made (in this example $2250) and you are now in the top 3 of my build list but something happens and you need to cancel or put the order on hold I keep the $2250 but you can use the full amount toward your order when you are ready. I will lock in your originally quoted price for 9 months from the time the first payment was made….
All deposits and payments are transferable.
In other words you can give or sell your deposit and payment to someone else if needed. So long as I have a bill of sale or signed letter from you I'm ok with putting the money toward the new person's order. The Build clock starts over from the time the order is renewed. All this means is you're not ever completely out of your deposit or payment if something happens. - I generally ship in 2 shipments. the table and then the popper... Full payment must be made before the last item is shipped out.
Returns :
I will take returns but the Item must be in perfect unused condition. If it is in perfect unused condition You will have to pay for shipping back to me and I keep 25% of the payment of the original order. If it is used I will not refund it.. It's like buying a car or refrigerator using it and then asking for a refund, that just don't happen. So no refunds if used.
Whether used or new It's best to just tell me you want to sell it and I will refer a customer who wants your equipment and you can negotiate a price with that person and make arrangements for shipping. I do not take a percentage for the referral. More times than not, people buying equipment from me are east of the Mississippi. So there's no sense in shipping it to me here in Idaho just to ship it back east again.
Warranty:
I have a lifetime warranty on everything I build. If something is not right or needs repair do to a failure of the original product it needs to be sent back to me. You pay the shipping to get it to me and plan on paying the shipping back to you again. PLEASE CLEAN YOUR EQUIPMENT BEFORE SENDING IT TO ME. I will charge you to clean it if it is filthy. I will fix it as fast as I can and get it back to you. Keep in mind if you send something back to me between April to September it likely won't be looked at or repaired until September. The warranty is unfortunately my lifetime. So if I die... Well you're outta luck, Sorry... I'll try to live as long as I can. I'm determined to make it to 100 yrs old !!
Repairs:
If a product needs repair do to normal wear and tear it needs to be shipped or delivered to me. Unlike the warranty you will need to pay for shipping back to you after it is repaired.... Please ... if you send me something to repair during my busy season i may take awhile. My busy season is generally from April to September. IT'S VERY HARD to do repairs when I have a large list of back orders.... I WILL NOT STOP WORKING ON ANOTHER CUSTOMERS ORDER TO GET YOURS REPAIRED. PLEASE don't ask be to kick another patient customer behind your equipment emergency... Also If you send me sticky, sugary, dirty equipment I will charge you for cleaning it.
How do you pay me ?
I take money several ways. The best is via Zelle ( Big banks like Wells Fargo or B of A ) or Venmo which is a phone app. It's basically PayPal.
You can also send me a regular check. No need for a certified check. Money orders are also good. I also have some people do direct deposits into my Wells Fargo bank account or do a bank to bank transfer. I’ll give you my Wells Fargo bank routing number and account number and the money goes right in automatically. Both are free so there's no need these days to pay for wire transfers.
I do not take credit cards of any kind, including debit cards.
Here is my address to send payments to if you decide to pay with checks or money orders. Once in awhile USPS loses a check. My suggestion is to send it certified mail if you go with USPS or better yet send it FEDEX.
Make checks payable to:
Cycles LaMoure
402 S. Main st. Kellogg, Idaho. 83837
Thanks for the ordering with me. If you have any questions please feel free to call or text. .. FYI ... I'm terrible at checking my emails so the best way to contact me is by phone. I always answer my phone or return the call or text if I don't make to the phone fast enough.
Thanks you,
Mitch LaMoure
